Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

AIMS-in-a-Box is in pre-launch. These terms cover the marketing site, the waitlist and the free readiness scorecard available today, and will be finalised before the paid workspace opens.

1. Agreement

By using AIMS-in-a-Box (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service is a management-system and evidence toolkit that helps you assess, track and document your AI governance against ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act. It is not legal advice and does not, by itself, make you compliant or certified. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and for seeking professional advice where you need it.

3. Accounts

The scorecard is available without an account. When accounts open, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Don’t upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.
  • Don’t resell or white-label the Service except under the Consultant tier.

5. Plans, pricing & payment

The scorecard and a Free tier are available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro at £39/mo, Consultant at £149/mo) and the Founding membership (£249 once, for life) are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment and any applicable tax. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated. Founding membership is limited to the first 40 members and grants the described Pro features for the lifetime of the product.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its templates and generated document formats. You own the data and content you put in, and the documents generated from your data are yours to use. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any regulatory outcome arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is removed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. Questions? Email hello@aims-box.com.
